在新年即將到來之際，國際認(rèn)可論壇（IAF）發(fā)布了主席肖建華2021年新年致辭。

親愛的IAF成員、合作伙伴和相關(guān)方：

2020年對于質(zhì)量界是非同尋常的一年。新冠疫情影響了全球生活的方方面面，通過及時(shí)響應(yīng)突如其來的新需求，也測試了我們體系的穩(wěn)固性和過程的靈活性。

我們的組織——國際認(rèn)可論壇（IAF）和我們的所有成員面對危機(jī)奮發(fā)有為，克服困難取得了巨大成績，對此我深感驕傲。

我們非常及時(shí)地就前所未有的新決策、新做法達(dá)成一致，并加以實(shí)施，以支持全球抗疫，并使各個經(jīng)濟(jì)體能夠持續(xù)依靠經(jīng)認(rèn)可的合格評定服務(wù)，這對于全球保持正常運(yùn)作至關(guān)重要。

IAF、ILAC以及各個區(qū)域認(rèn)可合作組織迅速做出調(diào)整，通過遠(yuǎn)程方式開展各項(xiàng)工作，包括會議、培訓(xùn)和同行評審等等，這對于我們?nèi)〉蒙鲜龀煽冇葹橹匾?/span>

抗疫不僅使我們更加團(tuán)結(jié)，而且使我們大家開辟了致力于服務(wù)全球質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的新途徑。

國際組織之間的合作和經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流通過相關(guān)平臺達(dá)到了前所未有的水平，這些平臺包括經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織（OECD）、聯(lián)合國工業(yè)發(fā)展組織（UNIDO）和國際質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)（INetQI）等。IAF在INetQI中非?；钴S，并將在2021年擔(dān)任INetQI主席。

所有這些成績的取得，離不開你們的支持和貢獻(xiàn)。

毫無疑問，如果用一個詞來描述我們的2020年，那就是“合作”，證明了團(tuán)結(jié)使我們更強(qiáng)大！

雖然疫情還會持續(xù)一段時(shí)間，會繼續(xù)影響2021年的工作，新的一年我們將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)，但有了我們在2020年取得的成功，我相信我們終將戰(zhàn)勝困難和挑戰(zhàn)。祝愿大家2021年幸福平安！期待與大家繼續(xù)前行，為讓世界更美好而共同努力！

Dear IAF Members, Partners and Stakeholders,

2020 was an exceptional year for the quality infrastructure community. COVID-19 affected all aspects of life around the world, and tested the robustness of our systems and the flexibility of our processes to respond in a timely manner to new and sudden needs.

I am immensely proud of IAF, our organization, and all of our members for rising to the occasion and for the great work done during these difficult times.

New unprecedented decisions and practices were agreed and implemented in a very timely manner to support the global fight of the pandemic and to allow economies to continue operating using accredited conformity services that are vital to continue day to day operations around the world.

Of particular importance was the very fast transition of IAF, ILAC and their regional cooperation organizations to conducting their activities virtually - from meetings to webinars, training and peer evaluations.

The fight against the pandemic not only united us further, but it also allowed us all to step up with new ways of serving the quality infrastructure community globally.

International organizations stepped up efforts to achieve an unprecedented level of cooperation and exchange of experience under the umbrella of e.g. the OECD, UNIDO and the INetQI network for Quality infrastructure, where IAF is very active and will assume the Chair during the year 2021.

All this could not have been achieved without your support and contribution.

It is clear that the key word that describes our community during the year 2020 was “cooperation”, proving that together we are stronger!

While it is clear that the pandemic will be with us for some time yet, and will clearly continue to affect operations in 2021, and that the coming year will have its own challenges, based on our success in 2020, I am confident we will weather the storm and wish you a happy and safe 2021 and look forward to continuing our journey to make the world a better place.
